An oblong lustre wall plaque, transfer-printed in black with a view of a warship under sail wearing an ensign and pennant. Below it are two cornucopiae with flowers and an inscription in a cartouche: 'May Peace and Plenty/on our Nation Smile/And Trade with Commerce/Bless the British Isle.' The deep border is painted with pink lustre and the scrolled edges are decorated with copper lustre. There are two holes pierced for suspension.
