Ark Royal (1950)
Scale 1:48. Plan shows the body plan for the aircraft carrier Ark Royal (1950). The title of the drawing is "Body Plan to mean thickness of shell plating as faired on mould loft floor".The drawing shows alterations in burnt sienna ink dated 5 December 1944, shipbuilder's modifications in blue ink, dated 18 December 1944 and Admiralty modifications in yellow ink dated 9 June 1945. There are numerous builder's and principal ship overseer's stamps of varying dates from 3 November 1943 and 13 April 1945.
