The title of the drawing is "Body Plan to mean thickness of shell plating as faired on mould loft floor".The drawing shows alterations in burnt sienna ink dated 5 December 1944, shipbuilder's modifications in blue ink, dated 18 December 1944 and Admiralty modifications in yellow ink dated 9 June 1945. There are numerous builder's and principal ship overseer's stamps of varying dates from 3 November 1943 and 13 April 1945.
