Flag divided diagonally by a curving white line of irregular width, with a yellow area in the top left hand corner and a pale blue area in the lower right. "PORT OF LONG BEACH" in white letters along bottom. An oval blue and white map of the world with the Americas in the centre, superimposed on the yellow portion. Eyelets in hoist. Deposited at NMM during 34th Congress of Cape Horners.
