Dish
Serving dish, a fluted shape with a wavy edge. The dish has a cerise rim and is printed with a crescent and star above a scroll with the vessel's name in Arabic script. It was used on 'HMS Agincourt' ex-Turkish 'Sultan Osman I', ex-Brazilian 'Rio De Janeiro'. The vessel was seized by the British in 1914. The maker's name is printed on the base.
