Bowl
A white porcelain sugar bowl, as used on HMY 'Victoria and Albert' 1899. A broad green border runs around the outside rim, with a heavily gilt interlaced rope pattern. The border is decorated with four garter badges, two with 'HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE' on the garter and the royal monogram 'ER VII' in the centre, the other two with 'THE ROYAL YACHT' on the garter, and a gold foul anchor in the centre. On the base is the maker's mark and the retailer's name 'T. GOODE & CO LONDON'.
