Jug

White porcelain milk jug, as used on the royal yachts. It has a strainer in the spout and is decorated with a gilt wave pattern around the neck, a gilt husk pattern on the handle and the monogram of George VI 'GR VI' below the lip below a coloured king's crown. The maker's mark is printed on the base with a 1939 date code.
