Plate

White porcelain plate as used on the royal yachts. It has a gilt wave pattern around the rim and the royal monogram of George V in gilt, 'GR V' with a coloured king's crown above, in the centre. The retailer's name is transfer-printed on a crowned garter badge on the base: 'ROBERTS & CO WINDSOR'. There is a painted pattern number 'A 5210 3' on the base.
