- in red ink: Hibernia (1804), a 1st Rate 110/120-gun ship, in Plymouth Dockyard, Hibernia being a lengthened version of Ville de Paris.
Dated 15 August 1791and signed by John Henslow and William Rule, Surveyors of the Navy.
The specifications were originally made for building "a ship of 116 guns".
