Scale 1:48. A plan showing the sheer lines, body with sternboard and longitudinal half-breadth of the Royal Yacht 'Victoria & Albert' (1843). The plan has been signed by William Symonds [Surveyor of the Navy from 1832 to 1848].

Notes on the plan read as follows:

'Alterations in black dotted lines as per sketch sent to Pembroke 21st July 1843'.

'3rd Nov 1843. Sketch sent to Portsmouth showing the alterations in the length of the Rudder.....dotted lines'.
