9 page specification for the 1745 Establishment, dated 5 August 1745, addressed to Admiral Sir John Norris, signed by Joseph Allin, Surveyor of the Navy, and by the following Master Shipwrights: John Ward (Chatham), Pierson Lock (Portsmouth), John Holland (Woolwich) and John Poole (Sheerness).
On each page the datas are divided up in 8 columns, respectively for 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 44 and 24-gun ships.

At the end of the document are found the same signatures, plus Thomas Corbett [Secretary to the Admiralty].
