The Silvertown (1873)

A 12x10 negative. A starboard near broadside view, taken from abaft the beam, of the cable ship Silvertown (1873) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is in ballast and her hull paintwork is in poor condition. Two men are in a small boat alongside and another man is on the accommodation ladder.
