The plan is pre-printed, and the relevant information added as the ship visits the ports. It records the various ports visited and the different cargoes stowed on board from each port of call. Attached to the plan is a Deadweight distribution chart, and three documents from the Sabah Timber Company Limited relating to the variety, quality, dimensons and weights of the logs.
