Passenger Liner
Scale: Unknown. A working model of a launching mechanism at the shipbuilding yard of John Brown & Co Ltd at Clydebank. The model is housed in a bespoke wooden travelling case which opens at the top and front. Secured by two slots at the back and right-hand side of the case is a further small wooden case containing a much smaller scale full hull model of the passenger liner Queen Elizabeth (1940), which is rigged and painted in realistic colours.
