Mediterranean Topographical 1882-1892
A brown cloth covered album with the spine missing and the leaves loose. There are 84 phototographs glued in.
The album is believed to be the work of Inst. Capt. Stenton F. Card.
The album includes the following locations: Gibraltar, Malta, Florence, Corfu, Pompeii, Athens, Alexandria, Cairo, Port Said, Jerusalem, Beirut, Granada, Damascus, Cannes.
There are also photographs of HMS Temeraire (1876), including an officers group in 1889; and HMS Sultan (1870) sunk in the Comino Channel in March 1889.
