A photograph album with green board covers and a broken spine. There are 85 photographs pasted in and 1 loose photograph. Some of the MSS leaves are brittle.
The album includes the following vessels: HMS Opal (1875) circa. 1886-88, HMS Wave (date unknown), Great Eastern (1858), HMS Minotaur (1863) and also its officers in July 1885, HMS Nautilus (1879) and its officers in 1888, HMS Vernon in 1889, HMS Howe (1885) in 1889, HMS Colossus (1882) in 1890.
There also photographs of Lisbon in 1886.
