SS Halo (1919) - Repairs to War Damage by Harland and Wolff Ltd.
A black rubber backed cloth covered album which is bolt held. It contains 33 photographs which are dry mounted.

Sunk by a mine off Beckton Gas Works, 21/3/4, 4 crew killed.
Coal cargo discharged by a crane, 25/3-15/4/41
Salvage operations, 7/5-10/8/41
Moored at North Woolwich, 12/8/41
Beached at Royal Arsenal Jetty, Woolwich, 26/8/41
Temporary repairs carried out 27/8-7/10/41 (it was refloated at 3pm, 6/10/41)
Dry docked in Union dry dock, MiIlwall, for full repairs, 7/10/41-3/3/42
Afloat in King George dock for final repairs, 2/3/42-25/2/42
Sailed for the Tyne, 27/2/42
