A dark brown card covered album containing 215 photographs (a few of which are loose) glued in, many of which have a non-maritime theme.
This is a family album including Jacob's naval career from 1908-17. He was a Surgeon 23/5/04 and Staff Surgeon 23/5/12.
As well as including No. 1 Naval Aeroplane Squadron at St. Pol, which Jacob joined circa 6/1915, the album also features the following vessels: HMS Roxburgh (1904) which he joined 12/2/1913; HMS Woodcock (1898) which he joined 14/1/1908; SS Antigoon (1889) in 1914; SS Vesta (1878) in 1914.
The album also includes the following locations: Kristiania, Plymouth, Scapa Flow, Greenwich.
