A loose leaf photograph album fastened with bolts. There are 37 leaves and 73 photographs, which are dry mounted or loosely attached by corners. There is some rudimentary captioning. On the upper cover there is a gilt title: "Palmers Hebburn Company Ltd. Hebburn on Tyne". Many of the photographs eviudently removed at an earlier date.
The album features ship repair work undertaken during the Second Worls War, including the vessels: James J. Maguire (1939), San Delfino (1938), HMS Penelope (1935), HMS Delhi (1918) et al.
