Equipment model; Anchor model; Half killick

Scale: Unknown. A model of a half killick from Penzance made from a rectangular piece of wood, with a square bottom, tapering slightly towards the top where it has been drilled with a hole for attaching the cable. There is a flat oval shaped, light coloured stone passing through the shank at right angles to a single bent rod which is circular in section. The rod passes through the wooden shank just above the square bottom and curves either side to form a pair of arms. The arms have been flattened to form crude flukes.
