Scale: Unknown. A model of a killick from Ireland consisting of a large rectangular block of light grey stone with a flat base and a rounded top sitting on a pair of wooden arms notched together to form a cross. The arms are roughly rectangular in section and form a flat base under the stone and carry on out at a slight upward angle tapering to a square end. The stone is secured to the wooden base by a series of rope lashings in the form of parcelling passing under the base and up the body of the stone finishing in a large knot at the top of the stone above which is a rope loop for connecting a cable to.
