Equipment model; Anchor model; Killick

Scale: Unknown. A model of a killick from India consisting of a small rectangular block of stone which sits vertically on the top of two angled wooden arms notched together to form a cross shape. The arms themselves where they meet form a flat base and then angle upwards and taper to produce a small diamond shaped palm at their ends. There are four wooden rods dowelled into the arms which hold the stone in place and are secured together at the top by a large amount of rope lashings. At the top of the lashings is a small loop to which is attached a small cable.
