Scale: Unknown. A model of a killick from Roumania consisting of a large oval-shaped stone with a flat bottom, which is secured in a wooden frame consisting of three wooden grown boughs. There is a rope securing the three wooden uprights together near the base of the stone which sits in the crutch of the boughs. The branches, which form a grapnel, are at roughly 90 degree angles to the stone and have small projections both underneath the stone as well as small V-shaped ones above the neck.
