Equipment model; Anchor model; Half killick
Scale: Unknown. A model of a half killick from Skibbereen and Clonakilty, Co. Cork, circa 1890 made from a rectangular piece of wood. At the top a hole has been been drilled through for attaching the cable. Just below this is a flat rectangular piece of slate, dark grey in colour passing through the stock at right angles to a curved metal rod, which passes through the lower end of the shank and curves up to form a pair of arms.
