Single sheet. Scale [circa 1:1,500,000]. The borders are graduated for latitude and longitude with Ferro as the prime meridian. The scale is in Italian miles, French, Spanish and Communi di Mare leagues. The chart contains an inset bird's-eye view of the town of Angra, capital of the Azores, on a cartouche of a drape held above the sea. The title cartouche is decorated with coral, shells and strings of pearls.
