Single sheet. Engraving printed on vellum, hand coloured in outline. The chart is mounted on a rough wooden frame. This is a plane chart with north at 90 degrees and containing a latitude bar. The eastern Mediterranean is shown as an inset superimposed on north Africa. The decoration includes ships, animals, figures and coats of arms. Areas covered include the NE Atlantic, Europe and the Mediterranean.
