Single sheet. Manuscript drawn in black and red ink. Scale [circa 1:1,600]. The chart of a bay in St Helena is ungraduated and has a scale in feet. Soundings are shown. Fortifications and an encampment for enslaved Africans are depicted. The proposed wharf, moorings and coal store are shown in red on the plan and in view. There are remarks on the works to be carried out.
