England east coast Sheet VI from Flamborough Head to the Tees surveyed by Capn. Hewett R.N. 1830

Scale: [circa 1:150,000]. Uncoloured chart with three views. Magnetic variation marked. Pasted on to back of chart are six black and white, local view prints. 1. Roker from the North Pier; 2. Roker, near Sunderland; 3. Sunderland Bridge; 4. Victoria Bridge, near Sunderland; 5. Marsden Rock and Hotel; 6. Marsden Rock from the South. Ink written message on back of chart reads:- 1858. The centre ? is of Great Altitude. Passed under these bridges in the Gig of ?, Lt Fields who conveyed Capt. Heard and myself about ten miles up the River. 1858. Visited this sport with my kind friend Captain Heard commanding the Co Guards at Sunderland - I who spent one these Engravings as a recollection of my visit.
