A general view of the line of ships during the Naval Review at Spithead

A general view of the lines of warships during the Naval Review at Spithead. In the centre is the battlecruiser 'Indomitable' (1907), with the armoured cruiser 'Drake' (1901) at anchor astern of her. In the distance, off the port bow of 'Indomitable', is the armoured cruiser 'Shannon' (1906). Two yachts under sail can be seen sailing along the line to the left of the image, partially obscuring 'Drake' and the battleship 'Commonwealth' (1903).
