HMS 'Inflexible' (1907) anchored at Spithead for the Naval Review.
A starboard bow view of the battlecruiser 'Inflexible' (1907) anchored with awnings rigged amidships at Spithead for the Naval Review. Anchored astern of her is the battlecruiser 'Indomitable' (1907), with the armoured cruiser 'Warrior' (1905) off Inflexible's port bow. To the right of 'Invincible' is the battleship 'Commonwealth' (1903), with the battleship 'Africa' (1905) partially obscured by the stern of 'Inflexible'. The funnels of the armoured cruiser 'Shannon' (1906) are visible between 'Inflexible's' second and third funnels. Behind 'Warrior' are the funnels of the armoured cruiser 'Good Hope' (1901).
If the funnels behind 'Warrior' are of the armoured cruiser 'Good Hope' (1901), then this confirms that the photograph cannot be the King's Review of 31 July 1909, as she was not present.
