Egg cup
A white earthenware double-ended egg cup, transfer-printed in blue with a Greek wave pattern on the inside and husks on the outside. It bears a badge similar to that of South Australia, depicting Britannia and an aboriginal, flanked by roses, thistles and crossed St Andrew's flags (the original house flag of Anderson, Anderson & Co). The egg cup is inscribed: 'GUILIELMUS IIII DG BRITANNIAR REX F.D.', 'SIC AUSTRALIAE AUST', 'ORIENT LINE OF CLIPPER SHIPS TO AUSTRALIA' (James Thomson & Co. later Anderson, Anderson and Co).
