Full hull model; Baseboard

Stand for full hull model of the 'J D Henwood' (circa 1873), a 3-masted ship-rigged cargo vessel. Model is decked. Name "J.D.Henwood" on port and starboard bows. "J.D.Henwood London" on stern. Inside face of main hatch cover inscribed "E.T.Adams Builder Began July 1873 finished July 1876".

Scale: not calculated. Full hull model of the 'J D Henwood' (circa 1873), a 3-masted ship-rigged cargo vessel. We know that this model took E. Tarry Adams three years to make, because he has signed and dated it on the inside face of the main hatch cover. However it is not known whether such a vessel actually existed.
