Waterproof meteorological chart of the South Atlantic, designed for emergency use in lifeboats and provided by the Navigators and Engineer Officers Union to members. Issued "in wartime service to its Members, and those of all organisations affiliated to the Officers (Merchant Navy) Federation. The valuable assistance rendered by Kelvin, Bottomley & Baird, Ltd., and Henry Hughes & Son, Ltd., in its publication, and the spotaneous ocntributions by their staff and employess towards the cost of production, is gratefully acknowledged." Printed on glazed linen. In an envelope printed with a log book form.
