White earthenware plate, glazed, with the name 'JULLANAR' within a belt and buckle design, transfer-printed in blue on the rim. On the base, a printed retailer's mark consisting of a king's crown within a ribbon border inscribed: 'BROWN AND MACKAY 17 QUEEN VICTORIA ST, 23 FENCHURCH ST, LONDON.' Impressed marks: 'BROWNFIELD', 'R'.
