Bond's Companion to the Medicine Chest; carefully Revised; Enlarged and Corrected by Henry Hadlow
Small booklet with title and author written on the front.
'Bond's Companion to the Medicince Chest.' By J.Bond, the fourth edition, carefully revised, enlarged and corrected, by Henry Hadlow, member of the Royal College of Surgeons in England, licentiate of the Society of Apothecaries of London, and member of the Hunterian Society. The original companion by Bond was published in 1830, and by 1862, Hadlow's own "Directions for the use of the sundry Medicines and Utensils contained in the Sea Medicine Chest" was printed for the eighth time, so it is likely that this booklet is from before 1862.
