The title of the drawing is "1921-22 Capital Ships Sketch of Rig". The plan bears the signature of Sir Eustace Henry William Tennyson d'Eyncourt [Director of Naval Construction 1912-1924]. An Admiralty Minute Board stamp, dated 12 August 1921 is printed on the drawing.
