Establishment of Naval, Medical, Victualling Stores, gun mounting, spare parts for torpedo tubes, & rigging warrant.
Specification of materials & test materials to be used in the construction of hull & hull fittings.
Specifications of materials used in connection with marine engineering.
Instalment of price of hull, together with electrical installation, mast , spars, rigging etc complete in respects
Scheme of instalments for Main (turbine) and Auxiliary Machinery
