Bust

A brown glazed earthenware bust depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). The half-length figure stands on a flared plinth with naval trophies in relief and a square base. It is based on the 1798 bust by Robert Shout and is shown wearing uniform with a star and riband and one Naval Gold medal. The maker's name is impressed inside the base.
