John Bright James, Charles Henry James, Ben Wooley Stedham, William Hexter, & Robert William Crowl Barber carring on the business of Messrs. Willoughby Brothers in co. pct, at Central Foundry & Engine Works at Plymouth.

The Contract includes:-
Contract for Hull and Machinery
Part 1 - Hull and completion.
Specification, tests for materials used in hull work.
.Part 2 - Machinery.
Installments of price of hull, derricks, standard derricks, rigging, boats & anchor gear complete.
Installments of price of Boiler Condensing Plant & pumps.
