A starboard view looking forward of HMS 'Aurora' (1913), during commissioning period.

A close-up of the starboard side of HMS 'Aurora' (1913), a light cruiser, looking forward from the after funnel to the bow during her commissioning period. The ship is alongside the jetty. Some crew are working on the deck between the midship and forward 4-inch QF gun.

The photograph is unsharp, with the bow and jetty out of focus. There is evidence of finger prints on the negative.
