Plaque
An oval Pratt ware plaque with a relief portrait of a naval officer, wearing a blue coat, flanked by military trophies. It is possibly intended to represent Admiral Augustus Keppel (1725-1786). Stuck to the reverse is a piece of the headed notepaper of Colin Keppel and a paper label inscribed 'Old Stafford Admiral Keppel' The plaque is surrounded by a blue painted laurel wreath and has two suspension holes at the top.
