Ewer
A white basin with printed rose swags in colour and a gilt edge. The design was registered on 26 August 1864 (there is a raised mark on the base). AAA6242-AAA6245 are a set which came with washstand AAA3608, used by Rear Admiral Francis Durrant CMG (1837-1896) who was the great uncle of the donor.
