Bowl
Fragment of a bowl. It has a white earthenware body decorated with blue and black stripes (banded ware). A border of blue, black and orange leaves on a yellow background is painted round the side. A sherd excavated from a well or cess pit behind the 'Plume of Feathers' public house, Greenwich, during building work in 1983.
