A starboard quarter view of a bell stemmed harbour junk moored at Singapore with other junks. The vessel is three masted and the tops of her masts are out of the picture. Their fore and main lug sails are stowed fore and aft and the mizzen sail is stowed up the mast. She has an awning rigged forward and is registered at Singapore. The photographer was at Singapore on four occasions during 1937 and 1938: 9 April to 1 May 1937, 13 January to 26 February 1938, 9 March to 23 March 1938 and 17 September to 30 September 1938.
