A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of a foresail occuli trader junk anchored at Singapore. The vessel is two masted and her three lug sails are stowed fore and aft. She has an occuli painted on her bow. The image is very slightly unsharp. The photographer was at Singapore on four occasions during 1937 and 1938: 9 April to 1 May 1937, 13 January to 26 February 1938, 9 March to 23 March 1938 and 17 September to 30 September 1938.
