Two Yeungkong fisher type junks berthed alongside each other at Aberdeen, Hong Kong
A close up view of the sterns of two Yeungkong fisher type junks berthed abreast at Aberdeen, Hong Kong. The photographer is fine off the port quarter and the junk on the left has the port number 21HC painted on the hull to port of the rudder, which is perforated. Men are standing on the poop of each vessel and two men are on the mainmast of the left hand junk. The photographer was in the area on four occasions: 6 to 28 May 1937; 14 October 1937 to 8 January 1938; 14 April to 4 June 1938 and 8 to 12 September 1938.
