A bow view, taken from directly ahead, of a five masted Pechili trader type junk anchored at Weihaiwei. Her sails are stowed fore and aft and a small boat is by her starboard side amidships. The photographer's ship was at Weihaiwei in the periods 3 June to 21 July 1937, 14 to 17 August 1937, 6 September to 7 October 1937, 8 June to 12 August 1938 and 20 August to 4 September 1938. A vertical format negative. Negative number P34321 is the same vessel.
