A stern view of the Pechili trader type junks 1091 and 3705 berthed at Tsingtao. They are five masted and 1091 is the vessel on the left with 3705 to starboard of her. Other junks are berthed in the left background. The photographer's ship was at Tsingtao on the two occasions 22 July to 13 August 1937 and 17 August to 5 September 1937. Number 1091 can be seen in negatives numbers P34324 and P34327 to P34333 inclusive and number 3705 is in negatives numbers P34324, P34327 and P34330 to P34333 inclusive. A vertical format negative.
