A bow view of two different types of Antung trader junks berthed at Tsingtao

A bow view, taken from fine off the port bow, of two different types of Antung trader junk berthed stern-on to the quay at Tsingtao. Their sails are stowed fore and aft. The vessel on the left has a square section bowsprit with a knotched end and her port number is not quite legible. The photographer was in the area between the periods 22 July to 13 August 1937 and 17 August to 5 September 1937. A vertical format negative.
