A bow view of two Ningpo fisher type junks anchored side by side at Weihaiwei. They are two masted vessels and the tops of the mainmasts are out of the picture. They both have occuli on the bows. The photographer's ship was at Weihaiwei in the periods 3 June to 21 july 1937, 14 to 17 August 1937, 6 September to 7 october 1937, 8 June to 12 August 1938 and 20 August to 4 September 1938. A vertical format negative.
