A view of the deck of a pram sampan lying on its port side on the beach at Weihaiwei. The rudder is standing up against the stern and the masts are laid on the ground. The photographer's ship was at Weihaiwei in the periods 3 June to 21 July 1937, 14 to 17 August 1937, 6 September to 7 October 1937, 8 June to 12 August 1938 and 20 August to 4 September 1938. Negatives numbers P34489 and P34490 are of the same boat.
